Their image won 8th place alongside some other very esteemed photographers in the engagement category. | I met up with Marissa and Jason at an In-N-Out in Long Beach recently. They eat there all the time so we thought it would be the perfect place to start their e-session (and it's never a bad deal when you can start a session by eating some yummy well done fries!). After our adventures there, we headed down to the Pike area downtown and had some more fun.
Marissa and Jason are getting married in June at the Richard Nixon Library and I know their wedding is going to be very beautiful and elegant. Looking forward to it guys! Hope you enjoy some of my favorite images below. ;) |

| So we got in late last night from a great weekend in San Diego that included a fantabulous maternity shoot with Nate Kaiser of the Image is Found (which I hope I'm able to blog about soon!); a great photography workshop given by Cheryl Muhr (a wonderful portrait/commercial/editorial photographer from North Carolina... soon to be Austin), the famous Barb "Jinky" Uil (an INCREDIBLE lifestyle photographer from Australia), and Amy Smith (a super talented photographer from Florida); and I had some fun alone time with Matt (from what I hear... it might be the last alone time we get for a while so we soaked it all in)! It was a great weekend... but, it's great to be home!
