A few weeks ago, Megan and John met me at my stomping grounds in Huntington Beach. From there we headed down to Seal Beach's charming Main Street and ended up on the beach for sunset.
This was actually the first time we had met in person since we had chatted and then booked over the phone. And, I was so happy to finally meet them... what a fun, cute and smart couple. Right away I knew we were going to have a fantastic time. They were great and made me laugh on a number of occasions (which makes sense since John is a sitcom writer). What great chemistry!
I'm so excited for their wedding at La Venta Inn in July. Until then, enjoy the pics!

This is some text from the email that they sent about what we can learn from our furry friends that I thought we could all take to heart...
Live simply.
Love generously.
Care deeply.
Speak kindly.
Remember, if a dog was the teacher you would learn things like:
When loved ones come home, always run to greet them.
Never pass up the opportunity to go for a joyride.
Allow the experience of fresh air and the wind in your face to be pure Ecstasy.
Take naps.
Stretch before rising.
Run, romp, and play daily.
Thrive on attention and let people touch you.
Avoid biting when a simple growl will do.
On warm days, stop to lie on your back on the grass.
On hot days, drink lots of water and lie under a shady tree.
When you're happy, dance around and wag your entire body.
Delight in the simple joy of a long walk.
Be loyal.
Never pretend to be something you're not.
If what you want lies buried, dig until you find it.
When someone is having a bad day, be silent, sit close by, and nuzzle them gently.

So... I love these two! Fun, vivacious, of thoughtful, smart, totally in love with each other. What more could I ask for? Oh yeah... they're adorable, too! And, Jenn loves yoga... I mean really!
I met them at their house in Manhattan Beach and then we headed down to Abbot Kinney in Venice for some pictures. Albert had pre-scouted and arranged some awesome spots for us to shoot in including Equator Books and Diggs furniture store. Equator actually opened up specially for Albert... all of the people in both stores were SOOO nice. We had lots of fun and ended the evening with an awesome dinner.
I'm so excited for Jenn and Albert's wedding in March. They are getting married on Maui... woohoo!!! We're going to have SOOOOOO much fun! I really can't wait... really. I mean, who can wait to go to Maui, right? And, what's even better, I'll get to see Wendy and Daniel who are good friends of Jenn and Albert and whose wedding I shot a few years back. So excited!!! Enjoy and let me know what you think. ;)

| This pool table was worth a pretty penny. It was a gift from Rudy Vali to Erol Flynn (or vice versa). Cool. |
