Introducing the lovely and newly married couple Megan and John. They were married on a beautiful day at La Venta Inn located in the beautiful Palos Verdes Estates. Megan and John chose to have a morning wedding with the cocktail hour before the ceremony and a lovely (and delectable) brunch following the ceremony. I've never been to a wedding sequenced this way but I've got to tell you... it was pretty great.

These two are just perfect for each other and I feel so fortunate that I was chosen to capture their fun day. On a side note... Megan designed and organized everything (she's so on top of everything!). She even designed all of the paper items... from the invitation to the menu to the placecards and programs. I was very impressed... perhaps she'll be starting up a new career of her own!

One of my favorite images from Danielle and Glenn's wedding (that hasn't even been fully blogged yet... it's in the works... I swear!) placed in the top 20 in the most recent Wedding Photojournalist Association (WJPA) contest in the "Creative Portrait" category. The lovely Danielle's super fun image won 17th place. Yay!

How adorable is Danielle? ;) Love her! Glenn is one lucky dude... she's pretty lucky, too. ;)

Here's a little peek into what was a wonderful wedding and a night that ended with a conga line (which included just about every guest) around the top of the fountain in front of the Los Angeles Central library. Seriously... so fun! I can't wait to share more... Ann and Ben... here's one... many more to come soon. ;)

Yeah! I was happy to discover that an image from Erin and Khaled's wedding placed among the Top 10 images in the reception category in the Artistic Guild of the Wedding Photojournalist Association's (AGWPJA) most recent contest.

Here it is... placing 9th... Erin (well Erin's hand and her glass) and Khaled...
